An automated digitized library of the Philippine Local Government Code including the LGC’s Implementing Rules and Regulations. Being in digitized format it allows direct keyword search to locate specific legal basis of any governance-related query that needs legal validation from the Local Government Code or its Implementing Rules.
Government Circulars Library (Preloaded)
A digitized library of department orders and circulars from key government agencies such as the Department of Budget and Management (DBM), the Commission on Audit (COA), the Civil Service Commission (CSC), and others. This library is open for information upload by LINK-UP.
LGU Case Digests Library (Preloaded)
A digitized compendium of Legal Opinions of all LGU-related decided cases as queried by concerned LGUs and clarified by the DILG legal department. Hence, this automated library allows the local legislator a quick, proactive review on a prospective legislation that needs legal validation.

This module automates key Office functions of the Sanggunian Office - from its Office budget tracking, keeping a database of its elected officials and office personnel and activity scheduling.
General Schedules Advisory
A calendar-formatted scheduler that orderly tracks events, activities and schedules for every event group as user-identified. The system provides an event tracking utility that makes statistical review of the schedule, printable information ticklers, status tracker and an event-based schedule finder.
Office Budget Manager
An automated internal office budget management system. It provides effective monitoring and tracking of internal budgetary expenses for better financial control. The budget balances for each account is then tallied quickly, anytime.
Office Logbook Advisory
Like a manual logbook, the system has a digitized logbook to record all inquiries, events, activities, visitations and related concerns as part of the official function of the office. Databases can then auto-tally, auto-search, auto-track logbook entries.
Local Officials Database Advisory
