The IT firm InfoDynamics Technologies first started as a corporate entity which was founded and organized in July, 1996 by Engr. J. Rizaldy Harder, its present Executive Director. With a pool of systems analysts and programmers, the firm launched an intensive software development thrust focused exclusively to design and develop LGU-centric applications designed for good governance.
The firm also adopted "Solutions that Empower" as its official corporate tagline to reflect the IT applications that it provides to its client partners. The use of IT solutions is then a new trend in management and this firm understood its strategic role to provide solutions that empowers its client-partners towards effective and good governance. Until today, InfoDynamics as a new and an independent firm continues to anchor its pursuits in this same tagline and purpose.
For the next 10 years since 1996, this IT firm focused in developing software applications exclusively for LGUs. It designed, developed and deployed software solutions to various LGU clients nationwide - from a single office in the LGU up to a comprehensive City-wide computerization project covering all LGU offices. Up to the present, the LGUs comprise more than 90% of the client base of this new IT firm - from provinces, cities and municipalities.
The firm also provided a socialized pricing of its software products to allow low-class LGUs to avail quality IT solutions in their local operations.
Back in August, 2002, the firm already have an established and a wide portfolio of software applications for LGUs and NGOs. During the 1st Visayan ICT Congress held in Iloilo City, the firm was one of the exhibitors and joined the Congress' software development competition. It finally bagged the Grand Prize Award for Software Development - Corporate Category, through its official entry called as ProgressLINK, an integrated NGO-based management system covering key areas of human resources management, financial administration, project management and monitoring, e-legal resources library and basic resource mapping component.
In late 2010, the firm InfoDynamics Technologies was established to serve as the IT Promotions and Marketing arm of completed LINK-UP Softwares. In 2011, the new firm further innovated to expand its services through its new 4S strategy, the Software Solutions Subscription Services aimed to reach more prospective client-partners.
Being first in the country for this innovative approach - and as a pioneer firm providing software subscription services to LGUs, InfoDynamics has since then expanded its services to reach more LGUs, NGAs, NGOs and other Private Sector entities.
